وقالت وكالة الأنباء التونسية الرسمية إن الشرطي القتيل يدعى حسن سلطاني، وقد اختطف بالقرب من الحدود الجزائرية في منطقة تنشط فيها مجموعات إسلامية مسلحة.

وأضافت أن "مجموعة إرهابية اعترضت أمس (ليلة الأحد) رجل شرطة رفقة شقيقه كان في طريقه إلى منزله في منطقة الطويرف بولاية الكاف (الشمال الغربي من تونس بالقرب من الحدود مع الجزائر) على متن سيارة خاصة وبزي مدني".

وتابعت الوكالة "تبين أن هذه المجموعة حاولت في البداية سلب رجل الشرطة وأخيه في مسلك جبلي، غير أنها حين تأكدت من هوية رجل الشرطة، قامت باختطافه وإطلاق سراح شقيقه".

هدد سيف الله بن حسين زعيم تنظيم انصار الشريعة المتشدد يوم الخميس 28 مارس/آذار بحرب تطيح برئيس الوزراء التونسي علي العريض، القيادي في حركة النهضة الاسلامية المعتدلة، بعد يوم واحد من إتهام العريض لبن حسين بأنه المسؤول عن انتشار السلاح في تونس. ويعتبر ذلك أول تهديد مباشر للحكومة التي يقودها إسلاميو النهضة المعتدلون، مما قد يزيد المخاوف باحتدام الوضع في تونس التي تسعى لاستعادة الاستقرار الأمني والسياسي. وقال بن حسين المعروف باسم "أبو عياض" في رسالة نشرها على الصفحة الرسمية لأنصار الشريعة موجها كلامه الى حركة النهضة: "امسكوا مريضكم عنا وإلا سنوجه حربنا إليه حتى اسقاطه والقائه في مزبلة التاريخ". وأضاف محذرا : " لن نطيل القول فالجواب عليه ما ترون لا ما تسمعون إن لم تتداركوا أمركم".

قالت وزارة الخارجية التونسية إن الزيارة الرسمية التى أداها وزير الخارجية التونسى الدكتور رفيق عبد السلام إلى اليابان هذا الأسبوع تكللت بجملة من الاتفاقيات المهمة.

وأشارت الوزارة فى بيان لها إلى أنه من بين نتائج الزيارة منح اليابان قرض ساموراى ميسر إلى تونس بقيمة 700 مليون دولار لا يبدأ تسديده إلا بعد 20 عاما من تاريخ صرفه.

Die drei Parteien in die neue Koalitionsregierung von Tunesien

أقرت تونس ميزانية بقيمة 22.935 مليار دينار أي نحو 15.817 مليار دولار لعام 2012 مقارنة مع 21.33 مليار دينار في 2011 بزيادة نسبتها 7.5%.

وتتضمن الميزانية توقعات لنمو اقتصادي نسبته 4.5% في 2012 ارتفاعا من نمو هزيل لم يتجاوز 0.2% بحسب تقديرات العام الحالي.

وتشمل ميزانية العام القادم 5.2 مليارات دينار للإنفاق التنموي مقارنة مع 13.5 مليار العام الماضي. وكانت الاحتجاجات والاضرابات التي أعقبت الثورة أجبرت بعض الشركات على التوقف وتسببت في عزوف السياح الأجانب الذين تعتمد عليهم تونس في جزء كبير من إيراداتها.

Il y a moins d’un an, il était encore l’un des principaux opposants au régime. Après des années d’exil en France, Moncef Marzouki, 66 ans, est devenu lundi président de la République tunisienne. Avant-hier, dans le bureau occupé durant vingt-trois ans par Ben Ali, au cœur du sublime palais de Carthage, le nouveau chef de l’État, qui refuse toujours de porter la cravate, a reçu le JDD. À l’aube du premier anniversaire de l’immolation par le feu de Mohamed Bouazizi à Sidi Bouzid.

Le 18 janvier, vous rentriez d’exil, ce lundi 12 décembre, vous êtes devenu président de la République. Racontez-nous ces deux journées…
Elles font partie, avec la naissance de mes deux filles, des plus beaux jours de ma vie. À partir de 2004, j’ai tenté à trois reprises de rentrer en Tunisie. À chaque fois, on m’a empêché de respirer, on m’a mené une vie de chien. Le 18 janvier, cela faisait cinq ans que je n’étais pas revenu. Ce fut comme un rêve auquel j’avais fini par ne plus croire. J’ai dû me pincer pour y croire. Je savais que le régime de Ben Ali, qui s’était mis à dos toutes les couches sociales de la population, des islamistes aux militants des droits de l’homme et aux intellectuels, allait s’écrouler un jour, mais pas si vite. En réalité, Ben Ali avait accumulé autour de ce palais tant de bois mort qu’il a suffi d’une étincelle, venue de Sidi Bouzid, pour mettre fin à ce régime odieux. Une bande de malfrats gouvernait la Tunisie. Imaginez des mafieux de la Côte d’Azur ou Mesrine à l’Élysée : c’était ça, la Tunisie de Ben Ali, que les grandes puissances présentaient comme le sauveur de la démocratie…

Les grandes puissances, à commencer par la France. Vous dites, au sujet de la France, que les bras vous en tombent. Pourquoi?
J’ai très peu apprécié des considérations culturalistes, pour ne pas dire racistes, formulées à Paris par certains, dont l’ancien ministre des Affaires étrangères Hubert Védrine, qui se demande si l’Occident doit exporter sa démocratie. Comme si la démocratie était propre aux pays occidentaux. Je suis francophone et francophile, je serai un pont entre la France et la Tunisie, nous travaillerons cordialement mais je constate que les Français sont souvent ceux qui comprennent le moins le monde arabe, alors que ce devrait être le contraire. Les Français sont prisonniers d’une doxa au sujet de l’islam.

Vous réclamez que la Tunisie soit considérée par la France autrement que comme un "client" pour ses entreprises…
Oui, ça, c’est fini. Je ne suis pas comme Ben Ali, je suis un président légitime, je tire ma force du peuple. Je n’ai pas besoin d’aller chercher ma légitimité à l’étranger. Tous les régimes dictatoriaux du monde arabe avaient besoin de la légitimation du monde occidental pour exister. Ne serait-ce que parce qu’ils avaient planqué leur fric là-bas. Moi, je n’ai aucun compte en Suisse ou en France. Je suis désormais le président indépendant d’un pays indépendant. L’esprit colonial, c’est terminé. La révolution de janvier 2011 nous a donné la démocratie, la République et finalement l’indépendance.

Quel président serez-vous?
Je serai moi-même. Ce palais a été durant des décennies une forteresse, il deviendra une maison de verre ouverte à tout le monde. J’incarnerai la transparence. Ce palais, sous Ben Ali, était le temple de la corruption. Il était le plus grand commissariat du pays, il deviendra le domaine des droits de l’homme. J’ai décidé que tous les autres palais de Ben Ali seront vendus. Je racle les fonds de tiroir pour soigner les blessés de la révolution. Les gens me préviennent : "Attention, la fonction va te transformer." J’ai la prétention de penser que c’est moi qui vais transformer cette fonction.

Qu’est-ce qui rapproche Moncef Marzouki, ancien défenseur de la laïcité et des droits de l’Homme, de Rached Ghannouchi, homme fort du parti islamiste Ennahda, vainqueur des dernières élections?
Nous avons une histoire commune : nous sommes deux enfants pauvres du Sud, deux anciennes victimes de Bourguiba puis de Ben Ali, deux anciens exilés. Je prétends que j’ai aidé à rapprocher les islamistes de la démocratie et des droits de l’Homme ; eux m’ont influencé en me persuadant que vous ne pouvez pas réformer ce pays sans prendre en considération la religion et l’histoire. Mais pour les idées, je reste pétri par la culture rationaliste occidentale, celle des Lumières ; eux davantage par la culture traditionaliste religieuse. Je ferai aussi de mon bureau un observatoire de toutes les violations des droits de l’homme et de la femme. Ce contrat de gouvernement que nous avons rédigé est un bon contrat. Pour la première fois, les islamistes acceptent la démocratie et les droits de l’homme. Les craintes à l’égard d’Ennahda sont absurdes. Ceux qui crient au loup sont soit de mauvaise foi, soit des ignorants.

Beaucoup craignent pourtant qu’à court terme, rien ne puisse résister à Ennahda…
Le temps montrera à quel point l’approche des Occidentaux est absurde. Notre société recèle une partie conservatrice et une autre moderne. L’expression politique du conservatisme, c’est l’islamisme. Vous avez des partis démocrates-chrétiens en Europe, nous avons un parti démocrate islamiste. Prétendre que nous avons vendu notre âme au diable en nous alliant aux islamistes relève du fantasme.

Les heurts à l’université de Tunis il y a deux semaines autour du port du niqab à l’intérieur de l’établissement, est-ce un fantasme?
Encore un mauvais exemple français. Il y a 300.000 étudiants en Tunisie, dont la moitié de filles. Sur ces 150.000 étudiantes, il y a peut-être 20% de jeunes voilées dont une, une seule, qui veut porter le niqab. On fait toute une histoire pour une étudiante. Il y a 700.000 chômeurs dans ce pays. Comment pouvons-nous nous focaliser sur autre chose que la lutte contre le chômage ? Cette histoire de niqab relève de la liberté individuelle de chacune. Qu’on en finisse et qu’on parle de sujets importants. Celui-ci est tout à fait marginal, il n’existe pas pour moi. Il ne m’intéresse même pas.
